Zen is also the name of a popular PHP Framework. It is possible that this will create some sort of conflict or at the very least unexpected behavior when it is installed in that particular PHP implementation.

where's the video? I checked with IE7, FF 3, none of them showed the video, the worst is FF is shifted the content from background, anyone checked it before creating the page?

When using IE 6, I could not see the video. However, I later checked it out on Firefox and the video was there. It appears not to like IE (I don't like IE either)
