Installing Joomla CMS 1.0.13 on Windows 2003 with IIS Part 2 of 3

In Part 2 of our tutorial on installing Joomla CMS on Windows 2003 with IIS, we start out having made sure IIS is up and running, and PHP has been installed. In this part, we will download and install MySQL, leaving our final Joomla installation and putting it all together for part 3.
