This is the first in our series of "C# for Beginners" lessons. Using Visual Studio 2008, we introduce the novice programmer to the world of programming in C#, first with a brief discussion about programming and the learning process itself, and finally by making our first Hello World program in Visual Studio 2008, using C#.

As we add more Visual Studio videos to the series, we will be teaching more lessons on C#, as well as introducing lesson series' for ASP.NET, Visual Basic and more withing Visual Studio 2008.

I read in earlier posts that during the summer you have a busy schedule - now that it is fall, do you intend to make more tutorials on C#? Trying to learn this and yours is the best I have found to date - very eager to learn more and very thankful for your instruction. Strongly hope you continue.

I never ever practice programming. Now a days I try to lean visual studio but can't understand anything a little. I have read many website and books also but still preliminary programming concept is not clear. But when I see this video tutorial then Its clear to me.
