In this Photoshop tutorial, you will learn how isolate parts of a picture that you want to be color, while other parts of the picture are black and white. This video will step you through taking a color image, turning it to black and white using the desaturate feature, then the procvess of painting some color back into the image by using the History Brush tool. This allows you to easily paint the original colors back into the picture, but only in areas that you desire.

I have to say that I have the latest version of Adobe Photoshop with me. But truth be told, I have not yet a clue as to what I should do or how I could operate it. Recently, I had a need to Photoshop a photo of mine as if as a mixture of both black and white. Thanks to you guys, I was able to do that without much hassle as the video tutorial brilliantly explained step by step as to how to use the different tools for that purpose.

I'm sure there are different ways but no matter what way it's still going to take time and it's going to be hard to get details no matter what way you do it. Heh, it's Photoshop hun.
